Can I trust the number in an answer?

Every figure opens the document it came from: open the invoice and see for yourself. If there is nothing to calculate from, the assistant says so plainly instead of offering «roughly».

Does it really learn on its own?

Yes. New items, suppliers, recipes and your own decisions are picked up as it works - no separate training or setup. Your data stays yours: it does not go into a shared model and never surfaces for another customer.

Can it write something off or change data by itself?

No. The assistant prepares the document and shows what will happen; your confirmation is what posts it. There are no silent actions in the product.

Does it understand our own names?

Yes. You say «meat» - it knows that in your catalogue this is Liellopu gaļa, and «mince» is the semi-finished product. The dictionary is built from your catalogue and grows as you ask.

Answers are calculated for your company only and processed in the EU. What leaves the perimeter is the text of your question - no invoices, prices, suppliers or stock.

What is not part of it?

Purchase forecasts and sending orders to suppliers are not its job. Menu work is included: it answers what happens to a dish when a price or recipe changes, and it drafts new dishes and costings.

Which plan includes it?

From Food Cost Control - 125 € per month per restaurant - and in Food Cost Managed. Procure Control has no assistant: it answers from back office data, and at that step there is no back office yet. The assistant is currently in closed beta and marked «soon» on the plan cards - it is not part of the free period.
